Innercity Oasis + Carpark - Fitzroy North
In this design we needed to design a modern oasis garden, that also functioned as a working car park. we did this by introducing a variety of plants and trees by utilizing different materials and areas of the garden. We have reduced both sides of the decking to gain much needed greenspace. This created an intimate entertaining area which looks back towards the garden, that could be surrounded by green. Large bluestone pavers line the main area of the garden creating an informal carpark. Beautiful decidious and evergreen trees frame the garden, along with goldstripe bamboo selectively placed throughout the design for interest and sun protection.
